Frankincense Incense Resin
Frankincense is believed to relieve anxiety & stress and helps lift the mood naturally. It is said to enhance mental wellbeing & relaxation, making it the perfect accompaniment to your meditation.
Simply add a small scoop to a smouldering charcoal tablet. As a result, you’ll enjoy a sweet, deeply relaxing aroma that can aid in meditation and yoga.
1 - Place the charcoal disc in the bowl with sand and light by holding a flame to one side of the disc, until it glows and sparks.
2 - Wait for it to stop smoking. If it is smoking too much, you can put it outside until it stops. The disc will slowly turn grey. The longer you leave the charcoal disc to cool before placing the frankincense on it, the less smoky it will be (up to 10 minutes).
3 - Select a piece of frankincense resin. If you’re burning it in a relatively small space, choose a smaller piece, as this will make it less smoky. Place the piece of frankincense on top of the charcoal disc and let it burn. You can turn the piece of frankincense over using the brass spoon so it burns on both sides.
