How to wash your used pads:

1. Rinse pads in cold water or leave to soak overnight to prevent staining.

2. Add them to your 30°C or 40°C machine wash with normal detergent. Or wash them by hand with warm water and soap. Avoid fabric conditioners as it reduces the absorbency of the material.

3. Stretch the pads back into shape if required and air dry. Best not to tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage.
